Shipping policy

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery within the continental US takes 7-14 business days from the order date.

How much does shipping cost?
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (US continental).
- Orders under $50: flat rate of $5.99.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States only. Additional zones may be added in the future.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours after shipment for the tracking link to activate.

Delays
Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays we can't control (weather, peak season). If your package is significantly late, contact us at support@summerlandshop.com and we'll help track it down.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us at support@summerlandshop.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund.
