Refund & Returns Policy
Our 30-day return promise
If you're not in love with your summerland order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund.
What can be returned
Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of receipt
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 30-day window cannot be refunded.
How to start a return
Email us at fabianaramirezg08@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within 48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.
Defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Sale items
Discounted items follow the same 30-day return policy unless marked "Final Sale."
