How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping is 7-14 business days. Express options available at checkout. International shipping 14-21 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all US orders $50+. No code needed — it applies automatically at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link via email. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to 40+ countries. International shipping rates calculated at checkout. Customs/duties are buyer's responsibility.

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, full refund, no questions asked. Items must be unused with original tags. We cover the return shipping label.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@summerlandshop.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds process within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Shop Pay Installments available for orders over $50.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Within 1 hour of placing your order — email us ASAP at support@summerlandshop.com. After that, we've usually already started prep and can't change it.
Do you offer discount codes?
Use code WELCOME for 10% off your first order. Sign up to our newsletter for exclusive seasonal codes and early access to new drops.

Are your products true to size?
Yes — each product page has detailed dimensions. If a size feels off, our 30-day return policy has you covered.
Are your bags actually water-resistant?
Yes. Our Tide Tote and Boardwalk Bag are made from water-resistant EVA material — perfect for wet swimsuits and sandy snacks. Rinse them clean and they're ready for next time.
What's your warranty?
All summerland products come with a 90-day defect warranty. If anything breaks under normal use, email us and we'll replace it.
